Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Services

Iterate Media provides tutorial video production services on a retainer basis. The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for your engagement will be outlined in a separate service agreement or proposal.

Retainer Structure

Our services operate on a monthly retainer model. Each tier includes a set number of finished video minutes per month. Unused minutes may roll over for up to three months, after which the oldest unused minutes expire. Rollover minutes are subject to production capacity and require reasonable advance notice for large batch requests.

Payment Terms

Retainer fees are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue balances.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for notifying Iterate Media when UI changes occur or new video content is needed. Clients must provide necessary access to their product environment for recording purposes. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving deliverables in a timely manner.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of all finished video deliverables created for them. Iterate Media retains the right to use anonymized samples of work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included as part of our standard production process. Revisions requested due to client-side changes made after initial approval may count against your monthly minutes or incur additional charges at the applicable overage rate.

Cancellation

Either party may cancel the retainer
