We are two guys who have been online building websites for a long time. We've seen trends come and go, and have a good perspective on emerging technologies as a result. We've studied related topics and attended seminars. We're online more than we're not. One of our favorite words is "open". "Open source" software is free; but not free as in free beer. Free Software means that the words that are used to write a given program are free to be reused and modified by anyone, any time, provided that they make their changes publicly available in return. Simply put, this is the software model that the internet is built upon. We use and contribute to open, free software in almost everything we do.
We are Mac OS X users, (we do not shun proprietary software!) and believe that simplicity and velocity are the keys to communicating with users in a world wide web of connectivity.
